Summary: Staff was friendly and welcoming but when we went into room there were dirty towels on the floor and the refrigerator stunk of spoiled milk. The team came and cleaned up the towels quickly and replaced the missing hair dryer. Even though the hotel was packed with teenage soccer players the hotel was quiet in the room. When leaving realized I forgot a suit coat and dress shirt in the closet. Called to inform the front desk, it was not turned in and no one followed up. Assumed in a few hours during the clean up it got taken by the cleaning staff instead of turned in.
