Summary: We had a wonderful stay, the house is on a busy street as mentioned, in the heart of the neighborhood, we had no problems. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and the beach is a flat, lovely,15-20 minute walk. The rail station is less. The interior is immaculate and very quaint. The host is very responsive and we even left a laptop and she took the extra time to mail it to us the next day.
