Summary: This was a good hotel but has gone downhill. Checked in and got to the King Bed room. TV wasn't working and few outlets weren't working. Went down to front desk. They downgraded us to a x2 double room. Fine. I can live with that plus the trash bin that was left in the hallway by other people. Next day I bring down two towels and two wash clothes to swap out for new ones. After the front desk employee took them, he told me that he can't give me any new ones since housekeeping didn't do them. I asked how was I supposed to take a shower then. All I got back was "sorry." I started to go back into the elevator and he "found" one set of washcloth and towel. I took it back to the room but it doesn't help for two people. I also asked to speak to the manager and they just told me to call. I called the next day after I left and the manager didn't even seem to care and rushed me off the phone and never called me back. Oh, and I almost forgot: bring your own breakfast unless you want a slice of bread or cereal. They were out of everything from Orange Juice, waffle batter, muffins, etc. The only PROS about this place is that it's close to everything, has a really nice shower, the air conditioning/heater works, and the beds are pretty decent. Again, I will say it USED to be a good place to stay. I don't know what happened to it but it's going downhill fast.
