Brand new air conditioning and ductwork, screened in lanai, flooring, all new decor, painted from top to bottom, new blinds/shades, two new queen beds, new dining and living room furniture, and a 55 inch (smart tv) flatscreen just to mention a few upgrades! Open concept living and dining rooms with screened in lanai. Spacious master suite with two queen beds, as well as a pull out sofa in the family room. All cookware, linens, and towels are provided. Beach amenities including towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler included. Relax and enjoy the heated community pool, bay-front views, and fishing pier.
