Large living/dining area and kitchenette with separate private bedroom/queen bed and large closet. Bathroom has spacious shower with 9' ceiling. No stairs and easy access, only a small step-down for the shower. The owner's detached garage is built onto the guest house, so you may hear the owners as they come and go.
We're a straight shot to I-10 via Tangerine Rd and only 1.5 hours to Phoenix or 40 minutes to Tucson International Airport. 30 minutes to downtown Tucson.
Plenty of parking, also suitable for towing a small trailer with prior approval.
