Open floor plan home with ample views of the Leadenham Creek. Salt water swimming pool overlooks 220 feet of shoreline and the screened porch and flagstone deck provide the perfect location to view morning sunrises. The 3 acre property is partially wooded with a large grass lawn waterside for croquet or other lawn games or to wander across to the dock with a bench, floating dock and fish light. There is a stone fire pit by the water and a fire table on the screened porch. Please Note: Swimming pool opens in mid-May (weather permitting) and closes after labor day.
House kitchen is well equipped with Mr. Coffee drip Coffee pot and coffee bean grinder; crock pot; blender, ample dishes and cooking pots.
Mudd room with outside entrance to fenced yard, washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator/freezer.
Outside grill with side burner for steaming crabs; linens and sheets are provided; high speed internet, smart TV with ROKU and land line phone available. Fenced yard with outside kennel for dogs which will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please note there is a 3 night minimum per County ordinance.

Summary: Wonderful home on a private wooded lot set back off the road. Amazing 5 star pool that is huge with a great dock for boating and crabbing. The separate garage building could use a little attention and the fire pit needs a redo. The house has elegant furniture and high end finishes. Beautiful flooring with well maintained area rugs. The living room seating is a little random for a crowd. There is a standard sofa, 3 wingback, 2 individual chairs and a 2 seater old fashioned chair/loveseat. At night we had to move some furniture to sit together. The refrigerator is small with a problematic bottom drawer but there is a second frig in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked for the average cook, no crockpot. We brought our own k cup coffee machine as a drip coffee maker is available. This is a 4 bedroom home on one floor with two separate wings. One bedroom with a king bed, a queen room, a double and the a bedroom with 2 twins. Two hall bathrooms. Some of the beds are rock hard firm & a little squeaky when you move; we got used to them. The queen room lacked nightstands/side tables which was awkward and not ideal. Bathrooms were all well functioning and the house is nicely decorated. Although the house could sleep 8 (if you put 2 people in a double bed) it’s probably more comfortable for sleeping 7. The dining table accommodates 6. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean.
