Summary: Place was clean and as advertised except no coffee pods, no extra trash bags and minimal dishwasher pods. Kitchen had all cutlery pots, pans, etc imaginable. Beds in poor shape. One even seemed to have a broken box spring. A bit short on blankets for our group of 20. A couple of complaints of "rodent noises" in walls but no sightings. I still thought the place was a value. Good communication with Brad. Dishwasher not secured well. It kept tilting forward when opened. Extra propane for grille and outdoor fireplace. Great gathering spaces on porch, out back billiard room and living room. Handy outdoor shower for beach times. Close driving to everything we wanted. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of secure parking.
