New, three bedroom, two bath home on three acres, conveniently located a 10 minute/5 mile drive from Windham Ski Mountain and a 20 minute/12 mile drive from Hunter Ski Mountain. The home is also near numerous hiking trails, local attractions, and cuisine. The property is just off the beaten path, yet conveniently located near Route 23, nestled along the Batavia Kill with a view of the Blackhead Mountain range. Enjoy coffee or drinks at the pub table on the front deck overlooking the stream. Or sit in the back yard having a meal at the dining table or reading on the glider chair. Bird lover? Bring your binoculars!
The large main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Batavia Kill with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and a very large bathroom with double vanity and double-head shower. The second bedroom (10 x 8 ) has a full-sized bed while the third bedroom (also 10 x 8 ) contains two twin beds.

Summary: A very beautiful house with great views. We had an a wonderful time. Loved the view from front patio. We’ll surely be going back!!! Chad was quick to respond to all questions and was also kind to let us check in early and check out late as per request. It was worth the money. Would highly recommend this place!
