New family entertainment room with stereo, Home Theater , and upright piano. New parlor addition with French doors which act as a Summer breezeway and overlooks backyard heaven. A yard this large and private in Rowayton is unheard of. Our lovely park like grounds have rolling green lawns, flowering gardens, magnificent trees a deck with grand staircase, patio, a bridge which overlooks a tranquil coy pond, hammocks, Adirondack chairs and lounges, BBQ, swing set & more. Summary: Hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! David was so responsive and helpful! The house was extremely well stocked with anything and everything you’ll need. The yard is stunning and so special for the area. The town of Rowayton couldn’t be more charming, such a special place. It’s an easy walk with sidewalks to city square for anything you may need with several restaurants and shops to choose from. The beach is lovely and also very close. We also took the train into NYC for the day and it was very convenient. Can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else if we come back!
