Positive: the house is stunning, everything was new, liked the decor in the living room especially the feature wallpaper. loved the dining table dressed up with all the tableware. the garden is great, really big and nice open field at the back behind it with great sea view from back bedroom. secure garden so no-one can come from the field as has good fencing around. the shower room was amazing, big comfortable shower with good power. convenient toilet downstairs. big tv with all the apps on. some board games provided also. nice big kitchen and a plus for a dishwasher. dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets provided as well as handwash in kitchen and bathrooms and bleach for toilets. has cleaning materials also under the sink if needed. plenty of plates etc provided. nice green towels and lovely warm throws for the beds. good mini wardrobes with chest of draws so plenty of space to pack your things away and nice wooden hangers. beds are comfortable. house heats up really well but keep kitchen door closed. nice area to walk around. close to the centre with shops and restaurants, Sainsburys around the corner. nice pathway to walk around and a forest tunnel like walkway to the beach about 5 to 10 minutes. great drive at the front for the car.

Negative: there is no gate from the garden so i dog run out - needs a gate for security. also, would be nice to have some furniture in the garden to sit on especially when it comes to summer time as lovely garden.
