Built in the 19th century, the house has since been renovated, adding a chef’s kitchen, sunroom, and master bedroom to the pre-existing living room and bedrooms.

Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a Plasma TV (with HBO and Showtime), a stash of games, a Keurig machine and a french press, a fireplace (with plenty of firewood) as well as all the basic necessities, the house is the perfect spot to hibernate during the colder months. However, the property is the real attraction with two ponds, a fire pit, an Argentinian grill, and back woods for exploring. Whether you come alone for some quiet time, with pets, or with family and friends, Coutant Falls has everything you need to be your home away from home.

Summary: Lovely property! Even more beautiful in person, had a great weekend. It slept the whole party easily, the house was very clean, the kitchen and living area were huge an open, great for large groups. The patio and backyard was really nice as well, the pool/pond was being worked on but it was still lovely to hang around. Would recommend!
