Summary: I will be as fair as possible in this review. The listing in VRBO is confusing which allow the host to add on fees and charges after you have booked. The written communication is generic and always apologetic but never resolves the problem. The verbal communication is a bit better. The place is spacious and in a greatquiet area. The cleanliness is horrendous! The bedsheets and comforter were filthy with hair, blood and god only knows what else. The bedroom carpets were not vacuumed and old coffee was left in the coffee maker. The cleaning crew did however have time to decorate a small envelope for me to leave a cash tip in. When I complained about the linens, the cleaning crew immediately dropped off a garbage bag with freshly washed still damp linens so that I could make my own bed. But rest assured that all the money you spend comes with unlimited apologies and gives you the opportunity to provide "valuable feedback" to ensure this doesn't happen again! Aiden tried his best but Im not sure anyone on the host team is aware of how bad the cleanliness is in there.
