Positive: We liked the location of the apartments, except for the check-in process. We also really enjoyed the barbecue area, the view from the sauna, and the swimming pool with its beautiful mountain views. The girls at the reception were excellent and very helpful.

Negative: Unfortunately, our overall experience was rather mixed. First of all, the initial price shown on Booking does not include several additional mandatory costs, such as bed linen and towels, cleaning, and the tourist tax. As a result, the final cost of our stay was almost the same as the price of more comfortable apartments in the same area. This information is indeed mentioned in the description, but if I had not read the previous reviews, I probably would not have found it. We also did not like the second floor. The ceiling is very low, and when getting out of bed, it is easy to hit your head on the ceiling beams. The windows in these bedrooms are located in the roof, so the only view is of the sky. Another inconvenience was that guests are required to take the rubbish outside the property to the public bins. There is even a printed map showing how to get there. While the apartment next door was being cleaned, I asked the cleaner if she could take our already packed rubbish with her, but she refused and simply pointed to the printed map. Finally, the bell tower located directly opposite the apartments was a major problem for us. The bell rang every hour during the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. Overall, considering the additional mandatory costs, the inconveniences of the second floor, having to take the rubbish outside, and the significant noise during the night, we did not feel that the accommodation offered good value for money.
