Walk to Boathouse restaurant, Alexander’s ice cream, and 10 West restaurant! 7 foot water depth for swimming and fishing off the dock, two kayaks and paddles provided! 20 minute drive to Grand Park. Perfect for cozy winter get-away also, winter views are lovely! Pontoon in picture is private and not for use, but rentals available at local Marina. If you have your own boat, you can use public ramp and tie up on the south side of our U dock. Driveway can fit up to 5 cars. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS AFTER MIDNIGHT. DECIBEL/NOISE MONITORS ACTIVE AT ALL TIMES.

Summary: Our extended family stayed with us here in the lake house and everything was great! Access to the water (it was too murky to swim in from the dock) was fun as we used the borrowed kayaks. The house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed! We will rent here again:)
