Summary: We had an awesome stay at Max's place. We went upstate for the perseid meteor showers and it was one of the best showers I have ever seen. It is so dark at night there that we saw over 70 meteors during our stay. I am also a bird watcher and saw my first eastern bluebird in the wild. We also saw goldfinches, catbirds, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, etc. There were deer and rabbits on the property every day and at night you could hear the bullfrogs croaking in the pond. It was exactly what we needed. The air and water there are so pure you feel the difference in your body. Hey Max, if you ever sell this place, let me know! I love it!
