Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is a golf and country club community currently featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, pool and flower garden, a resort-style pool with poolside Bahama bar, clubhouse, spa, and fitness center.
You will find a private entrance and lush landscaping with a lovely lake view upon entry. You will find a light and bright atmosphere within the villa. There is stunning natural lighting, and an open-concept floor plan. The spacious living room has lovely lake views, two plush couches, and a Smart TV. The outdoor patio has an unobstructed view of the lake and is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The large kitchen has beautiful countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and all stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent is the dining room, which has a decorative wall piece with a booth-designed table.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, lake views, and a TV with a dresser. Attached is the primary bathroom. The sizeable primary bathroom has a dual vanity, a walk-in closet, and a massive walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large dresser and closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo. The den/office has a day bed and a desk to set up your remote office!
