Summary: This is a budget hotel, so don't expect 5 star accommodations. It's clean and comfortable. But this hotel does offer 5 star customer service. The counter is staffed 24/7 with the nicest, most pleasant, and most helpful people. They greet you, ask about your day, pet your dog, get you a replacement key no questions asked, and are genuinely nice.
