Summary: I have stayed at this hotel 6 times before and found it fantastic. This time the room was run down, stains in carpet, chip in tub, tub did not hold water. Pool and hot tub were out of order( I was told by staff it was out of order for a while and would be broken down for another few weeks). we asked for a room near the Elevator, was told it was possible, but our room was 3/4 way down the hall
