The backyard is where you’ll love to hang out with the private pool, hot tub, and putting green! The upper deck is also an amazing feature and another gathering place with breathtaking views! The new contemporary decor makes this home cozy and comfortable both inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, game room, and it is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. There is a foosball table, dry bar, and wooden board games for entertainment. Just outside the gate, there is access to biking, hiking, and walking trails. Other amenities in the community include tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, baseball field, soccer fields, etc. There are two Olympic size community heated pools, playgrounds, and a Robert Trent Jones II design golf course just around the corner.
The hot tub is included with the rental. With the rising cost of utilities, a heated pool is an extra $35 per day. The hot tub is always available. Please let me know in advance so we can have the pool heated for your arrival. You may be able to check in early or check out later for $50.00 with approval.
