Summary: My son ( 8 years old ) and I try to do an annual 4th of July week on LBI and this year we rented 6 East 35th St . We enjoyed our stay on 35th St and thought the house was clean, a short walk to the beach ( no crossing the BLVD !!! ), convenient to everything on both ends of the the Island yet far away enough from the crowds . The beds were comfortable and we probably could’ve fit some more friends due to the size of the bunks. Our guests loved the house especially the ones with kids. My only complaint ….. a very minor one ….. was that the fridge didn’t seem to get very cold . Overall the house was an excellent choice for us and a great bang for the buck value . I will definitely consider renting it again next year .
