This lovely old home sits alone in a huge pasture, often surrounded by black and white cows. On days when the cattle are grazing farther away, you often see deer across the hills or wild turkeys. Pastoral views with long range beauty are abundant.
The house is a no pet, no smoking, inside or outside, house.
Downstairs, you will have one bedroom, bathroom, den/office, living room, laundryroom, and two porches.
Upstairs has a double bed, twin and trundle beds in 3 bedrooms.
There is no heat upstairs.
Downstairs is heated well and becomes toasty with gas logs, oil furnace and wood stove.
There is no AC. It is usually comfortable with ceiling fans and open windows. Open windows overnight or early morning and the house stays cool all day. Be sure to close windows when you leave or when rain is expected.
