Beautiful private beachfront property in Cooper’s Cove Sooke BC. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, with an additional sofa bed in the first floor bedroom. Enjoy walking around the private beach at low tide. The Galloping Goose Trail, kayak rentals (kayaks are not included) fishing charter, convenient store, and restaurant are right next door to the property. The home is close to beautiful spots like the Sooke Potholes, Jordan River, and only 35 min to Victoria. Perfect family and friends getaway. Close to microbrewery and award winning gin distillery as well.
June, July, August and September bookings must be a minimum of 1 week (7 nights).

This is a dream vacation home located on ocean frontage facing south so there is exposure to the sun all day. A wrought iron gate swings open to a courtyard in front of the home with plenty of parking, very private and secure. Inside, the home is welcoming and beautifully appointed. Most of the artwork showcases Canadian artists and scenery celebrating the beauty of Vancouver Island. The open concept living room, dinning rooms, and gourmet kitchen all have beautiful ocean views (there are two ovens and two refrigerators for those who like to cook). The living room features lots of comfortable seating, a good selection of books, games, puzzles, DVD’s, large screen HD television with a blue ray player, and a gas fireplace. Wifi is available for your internet connection. There’s Bluetooth connection to the central stereo servicing the main room. Play your own music throughout the house if you’d like! Located on the main floor is a very cozy bedroom with a door to the garden and another large screen TV that could also serve as a smaller living room. This room also has a pull out queen sofa bed. The main floor also has a bathroom with curbless walk-in shower. Upstairs is a large full bathroom, two beautifully decorated bedrooms and a large master bedroom. The master bedroom has a gas fire place, a spa like bathroom and a large balcony with table & chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and the million dollar view of the ocean and snow capped Olympic Mountain Range. All rooms are filled with lots of light from the large windows, with views. This home can sleep 8 - 10 comfortably. A great home for those family reunions or get together with friends.
Enjoy evenings gathered around the wood burning fire pit overlooking the ocean. Spend a great day kayaking, or canoeing from the protected waters of Cooper Cove accessed by a gentle slope with a short stair case to the ocean (kayaks and canoes not included)
