Summary: Overall, the inside of the property was acceptable, not excellent. The location was great.However, outside of the house is deplorable. -nasty garbage cans blocking the driveway when we got there-lawn is unkept, overgrown, bug infested and the backyard is worse-spider webs and mold all over the front porch, camera, lights, etc outside of the house (see pictures)--wires exposed in the front, not sure what that was supposed to be, camera? Ridiculous.-the back deck needs attention, dirty, rotting boards, etc.-the outside door into the bottom level is not secure-the outside door into the bottom level allowed water and debris to come into the room during a rainstorm, dirt, leaves, etc all over the floor which I cleaned up-door code did not work, wh had to wait until it was reset to get into the property, not fun in 90 degree weather after a 6 hour tripI would not recommend this property. For the amount we paid I could have done much better.I should receive part of my payment back for this rental, although I doubt that will happen.VRBO is not what it used to be.
