This year-round cottage has it all and sleeps 6 with a first floor bathroom. This cottage was just purchased and has been totally remodeled. It even has a fenced in yard for your favorite dog! Just a couple minutes walk to the lake with very nice public dock access less than a block away. Also available at the dock is a boat launch, free of charge. Directly across the street from the launch is a large parking lot so you can easily park your trailer overnight, again at no cost.
The cottage sits on a large lot that provides ample space to park your car or your boat trailer if you'd rather park it there. Either way, you can pull a boat trailer in and out with no problem, easy access. PRIME location right near Lakewood Community Park, Lakewood Dog Park, The Rod & Gun Club, and all of the amenities on Fairmount Ave which are all right around the corner.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dinner table that seats 6. An outside seating area with wicker furniture and a copper fire pit is a fun way to enjoy cool summer nights. Just pick up some firewood and you are good to go! A propane grill is also included to make your stay more enjoyable. In addition, there is a quaint front porch where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
Dogs welcome! (2 dogs max) If you would like to bring your dog with you, please let me know what kind of dog you have when making your reservation. Your dog will enjoy the fenced in yard. He/she will also enjoy the DOG PARK that is directly across the street from the cottage. Just walk across the street and you are all set to play with your favorite friend! We do charge a pet fee (per dog) due to the additional cleanings animals often require. Thank you in advance for following our rules!
There is a new washer and dryer in the cottage for your use as well. Just bring your preferred laundry detergent.
The cottage is close to Jamestown Ice Arena, Peek 'n Peek and Holiday Valley Ski Resorts, Seneca Casino, Panama Rocks and local bars/pubs. It's also only 5 minutes from Lakewood which has almost anything you would need. A 15 minute drive (10 minute boat ride) to Bemus Point and only a 10 minute drive to the Chautauqua Institute. There is little you will be missing during your stay! Enjoy a quiet vacation in a clean and totally updated cottage with all of the modern amenities!
