The 1890s farm sits overlooking Lake Charlevoix, and is conveniently located within a 10 mile radius of Boyne City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. No matter the season there are always activities to participate in. From beaches, to boating, to shopping, to dining, to skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. Although this farm holds its 1890s charm, the finishing touches are being put on this brand new apartment. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of storage. All brand new linens, towels and bed coverings are provided. The working kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, even a Keurig for your morning coffee. All pots, pans, and table settings are at your finger tips. The kitchen is open to the main room which includes a large farm table . The sleeper sofa, and two large chairs surround a cozy fireplace for the cold winter months. The entryway is a great place to dry out wet towels from the beach or icy skis from the slopes, and is adjacent to the half bath which also includes a full size washer-drier.
