Positive: The property was in a quiet and safe location.

Negative: Broken glass was in the driveway, the outside light bulbs was out, the kitchen drawer handles were broken, the a/c barely blew out air, the two back room wall outlets were not working, and the floors were not sweep and mopped.

Summary: If the property was maintenance better it would be a nice stay for a large crowd.
