Positive: Great location, well-stocked kitchen with a Keurig, lots of comfortable beds!

Negative: No hot water! The first night we just thought the water only warmed up slightly. The 2nd day at the rental the water was ice cold. We reported it and the agent told us to check the breaker (!!). It has a gas water heater. This told me that the agent knew nothing about the property. My husband found that the pilot light was out in the water heater and lit it. This is unacceptable. Check it before a guest arrives!
