New to the rental market in spring of 2022, Golden Eagle Landing is a modern mountain home at the edge of Leatherwood Mountains Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom home, is situated at the end of a private ridge. Expansive windows in the great room take advantage of the long-range panoramic views, offering changing and dramatic scenery all year long. This new home was built to high standards, with custom woodwork, modern appliances, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with Bosch appliances, makes easy work of cooking up a meal to remember.
This home, makes for the perfect get away with friends and family, sleeping 8 between three bedrooms. A bunkroom featuring custom built extra-long bunk beds and a king-sized bed is perfect for a young family. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, in addition to a centrally located powder room, for maximum comfort and privacy.
Enjoy multiple entertainment spaces, including two decks, a great room, and media room with wet bar. Summary: What an amazing place. The home is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy some time in the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the furniture was very comfortable, the hot tub was warmed up and ready for us too. We loved the amazing views and the fishing pond down the road. We took our family of 5 on the kids first trail ride and each night drove down to walk around the barns and check out the beautiful horses. Highly recommend this rental it was wonderful.
