The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses with more than 5 bedrooms.
Mandatory house rules:
1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation
2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 5 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.
3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10pm to 10 am
4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
