Summary: the shuttle wasn't running because of the weather, the ceiling tiles were removed in the hallway exposing the wiring in the hallways, ceiling tile dust was everywhere, the actual room had not been vacuumed, and the coffee was very bad in the morning. the staff were excellent though!
