The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.
The property has its own private entrance, no internal shared spaces or external shared spaces (Hot tub, bbq area and the patio) . Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.

Other things to note:
The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. You may encounter the owner when you are coming and going, however, the owner will NEVER be in your rental area. Rental area also includes BBQ/picnic area, patio and hot tub.
