** Guests can access the waterbody directly from the back yard. There will be low and high tide as it is part of the long island sound. Water is safe for Swimming and water sports. Please be aware of big rocks under the water that can only be seen at low tide. GUESTS WILL SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK.**

Summary: We had three families (12 total people) from NJ and MA who were looking to meet up for a weekend of celebrations. The location was perfect (3.5 hours from Boston & 2.5 hours from Central NJ). The house was lovely and the owner clearly spared no expense. Rooms were big and comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is the “rooftop decks” are not finished.
