Additional inflatable queen beds for extra guests can also be requested upon your booking.
** Guests can access the waterbody directly from the back yard. There will be low and high tide as it is part of the long island sound. Water is safe for Swimming and water sports. Please be aware of big rocks under the water that can only be seen at low tide. GUESTS WILL SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK.**

1/ Free onsite parking on the driveway: comfortably for 3 cars; possible to park 4
2/ Absolutely NO street parking or standing. The house is on a private road and next to a fire lane. Or you may get tickets.
3/ If you have additional visiting guests, you need to arrange the trip/parking by yourself.

This 2 - story modern mansion was built in 2016. It is a solar- powered green property equipped with the most updated heating and cooling system.
Tesla Electric charging station is free for guests' use. (Please request it upon booking).

1/ A 2000 sqft and 16 ft high pavilion framed with floor-to - ceiling windows, a fully-stocked upscale kitchen with open layouts and modern fixtures, along with natural light and breezy living.

* The living areas offers a 75" HD smart TV
2/ Five bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms
- Master bedroom suite with a fully- furnished walk-in closet, private bathroom (bathtub and shower), 1 king size bed, an HD TV and a private rooftop balcony;
- Guest suite with a private bathroom, an HD TV and a queen size bed
- Bedroom 3 with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed
- Bedroom 4 (kids room) with 2 twin size bed
- Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a HD Smart TV. It is located on the 1st floor and can be used as an office. There is a full bathroom next to it.
- Bathroom 3 on the 2nd floor has both bathtub and shower.
