Our immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a private pool (pool heating available at extra cost), spacious living area and full air-conditioning. The south facing extended pool area is fully enclosed to ensure privacy and is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a day at the parks. Our villa is ideally located on a prestigious gated community just 10/15 minutes from Disney. We are 5 minutes from the excellent Champions Gate resort and there is a good selection of shops, restaurants, and food outlets in the local vicinity. Highway 192 with a wider range of restaurants and shops is only 5 minutes drive. The villa also includes free WIFI access, cable TV (3 televisions), and a games room. We have received many positive comments regarding the cleanliness of the villa, which is looked after by our locally based Management Agent.
