Summary: Overall stay was good. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Favorite part was the pool. Also, the kids really enjoyed the billiards table, old school video games, and chess table. Communication with host was excellent. The only disappointment was that no boat was available tor rental which was one of the main reasons we booked the property. The host provided us with direct contact information for the boat owner. The owner explained that he might be selling the boat and would contact us back but never did. The host provided us with an alternative boat rental source but an equivalent boat rental wasn’t available, likely due to it being spring break. Upon arrival to the property, we noticed the boat that was advertised with the property was not sold and was sitting out the the driveway across the street during our entire booking. If you’re specifically looking for a vacation on water, I cannot say that we would recommend this property. However, it’s still a nice place if you’re looking for a clean, quiet stay with some added entertainment options. Thanks for the nice stay!
