Summary: We were visiting the area for a family wedding and the location of the house was perfect - about 10 minutes from the venue. The house was clean and the host was very responsive when we lost power in part of the house. The bedrooms seemed to be cooled by different zones so one bedroom was extremely cold while the others ranged from moderate to too warm although we set the thermostat at 72. That being said, the house served our purposes and care had clearly been taken to make it comfortable for guests.
