Relax and enjoy a beach getaway in this beautiful home located in Bear Trap Dunes Resort and Golf Community.
7 spacious bedrooms and 4 baths, provide plenty of space for all guests. Beautiful sunset views over the pond from the two level patio that illuminates at night and is equipped with a large grill for cooking and great times to relax. The garage offers a foosball table as well as an extra refrigerator and freezer for storing perishables and frozen foods.
Primary suites with private baths are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors. on the 1st floor, Owner's suite with king sized bed and private bath, 2 additional guest bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath as well as a pull out sleeper sofa in the formal living room, all located on the entry-level. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs in addition to the 2nd primary bedroom with king bed and private bath, one with a queen-size bed and daybed, another with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The upstairs bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Large and spacious living rooms with large flat screen TVs on both floors. The second-floor living room is also a seventh bedroom that has 3 daybeds, one has a trundle (providing for up to 4 guests).
All stainless steel appliances in an open concept kitchen and living room. Plenty of counter space and seating with the large center island and dining table.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available).
To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.
