HEATED SWIMMING POOL
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it. We charge $60/night for the whole stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request it. If you are traveling during winter months, we highly recommend requesting it in advance, since it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.
Pool Service is scheduled semi-weekly, usually on Monday & Thursday. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.
