Summary: Property was very clean, well-appointed, and in a location that was safe and convenient to a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. Clean swimming pool was a nice perk. There was a neighboring dog that let out sad yips at night and early morning sometimes, but not much to be done about that in an apartment complex.Property manager was fantastic. Check-in and check-out procedures were very clearly written, and check-out steps weren't overbearing. Their communication was always responsive and helpful. We had an accident with bedding during our stay, and they were very reasonable in how they handled it. Couldn't ask for more.We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again next time we come to Houston.
