Large open space in front of the house. Indoor fireplace room next to the kitchen in back or the house. Large kitchen pantry for storage. Hardwood floors throughout. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable Tempurpedic mattress. Bedroom 2 has an equally comfortable Saatva mattress. Central heat and AC throughout the house.

If youre a gardener this is the place for you! Veggie/flower garden out front with right raised beds. Back yard has a newly-built deck great for morning coffee, and a nice fire pit for cool fall evenings. Front and back yards are about 1/4 acre each. Back yard is fully fenced and plenty of space for fur babies to roam.

Quiet, easily walkable neighborhood with big trees everywhere. Nice coffee shop and a popular sandwich place within walking distance. Hiking at Duke Forest or Al Bueller trail a short drive away. Can get to Duke campus in 6 minutes drive time and it is bikeable as well.
