Whether you're two couples on a getaway or a family seeking comfort and convenience, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect home base in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. Located on the 3rd floor of the iconic Brent Lofts (built in 1906), this space seamlessly blends historic character with brand-new, modern finishes — including streaming TVs in every room and sleek contemporary design throughout.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***
