It was completely renovated in 2008. It is 2 hour north of New York City and about one hour south of Albany NY. It is close to Catamount Ski Resort and in the summer the adventure park with ziplines. It is 30 Minutes from Hudson NY. It is also close to the rail trail for biking and walking. The house has a kitchen, a living room , and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen size bed. I do offer a blow up bed for additional sleeping space. In the winter the house is heated with a propane fireplace. Seasonal renters are also welcome.
