This house is just far enough away from the center of town to give you privacy but close enough to be in the village in 4 minutes. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and the lake, then return to your oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with your private pond.
There are two bedrooms, a full and a half bath, laundry, a driveway to park in, and a wonderful deck to take in the sunset with a glass of wine or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee.
The space
Our single story home has a modern open floorplan. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. There is desk in one bedroom if you must work. We have fast internet, comfortable beds, very hot showers, AC and (of course) heat. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath and the other bedroom has a desk for those who need to do a little work.

Everything is yours. We still have things in the garage so you will need to park in the driveway.

Summary: This house offered everything we needed for our stay. It was well appointed, bright, and welcoming, and the wood stove and deck were bonuses we enjoyed. It was close to great restaurants, and the drive to Syracuse University was scenic and easy. We will absolutely book this house again when we are in the area.
