The real highlight of our home is the PRIVATE ACCESS to the beautiful park and lake right from our backyard(see photo). (fishing, kayaking, picnic) House features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathroom. King, queen and twin over full with twin trundle bed.
Midterm guests are welcome- all are negotiable please send inquires. Samsung, Tesla, other contractors are welcome. Korean speaking owner. Other services such as airport pick up, food arrangement are available at additional cost- send messages.
We have one king bed in our master bedroom, one queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and our 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with a twin size trundle. Pack 'n Play is available as well. All mattresses are top quality.
You have the whole house to yourselves except for the pantry and the garage. (guests who stay 30+ days- garage use available, will be provided a garage key)
The whole community use propane gas.
