Summary: Very nice, clean house with plenty to offer inside. Fit five adults and one dog perfectly. Big driveway, decent yard, right on the water. The owner was great to work with. A couple recommendations, little round up on the patio and step area, weeds all over The wooden dock needs some minor TLC and the biggest recommendation would be to make easy access to get into the water. Had fun fishing off the dock, daughter caught a 4lb bass.
