We welcome seasoned bookers/travelers aged over 25 and their young families (age 0-120!) in this family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day.

Relaxing and in the middle of all the fun! Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, golfing, and relaxing! You can lay at the south facing pool while watching the sun set over the lake. You can shop at the markets and outlets, go to wonderful restaurants, go see the sights, or even go to the beach.
After a long day of doing whatever you want, come home to a relaxing home.
This fully stocked family home offers over 2500 square ft of fully air-conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, all with flat screen TVs, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool and spa which is fully screened and has poolside shower for your convenience. For your entertainment there is a fully air-conditioned games room. The pool and spa can be heated if required for an additional fee.
The pool is even south facing - what more could you need.

**Pool Heat**
Pool and spa / hot tub heating is available for an optional $35 a night including taxes. Must be activated for a minimum of 5 nights or the full length of your stay (which ever is the lower).

The villa has many facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely holiday needs including a home cinema with blue ray films, 55 inch Samsung Smart LED/LCD HD TV and a Playstation 3 in the family room.
For keen golfers the villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)
