Large family friendly knotty pine cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a den which can be used as a 5th bedroom, 2 living rooms, 1 wood burning fireplace, 1 gas burning fire place, and a huge deck. 3 king beds, 4 twin beds, 1 crib, 1 pack n play, 1 bassinet, and 1 queen sofa bed.
Bear Cub Cabin is happy to provide everything you need for your family vacation: 2 Stokke high chairs for babies/toddlers, stuffed animals, baby monitors, night light & sound machine. We also have games, puzzles, books to borrow, and 2 large screen TV's.
Our yard and back deck are fully enclosed, making it easy to let your little ones run around! We have a kids playhouse, slide, water table, basketball hoop, beach toys and an adjustable height net for tennis, or badminton.
The back deck is for kids of all ages. HOT TUB! Firepit, BBQ and outdoor prep area. Table and 6 chairs, kids table and 6 chairs, 2 hammocks, and plenty of seating. Come enjoy the clean mountain air!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Bear Cub Cabin in Twain Harte. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The property is large and spacious, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings to take in the beautiful weather. The cabin was well stocked with thoughtful amenities, including chairs for the lake, an ice chest, towels, and more—although we didn’t use many of these items, it’s clear the owners have gone out of their way to make guests feel welcome.The only downside was the cleanliness of the cabin, which was below our expectations. I shared my notes with the host, and I’m confident these issues will be addressed for future guests.Overall, a great location with plenty of space and wonderful hosting.
