Summary: The house was spacious and housed our group of up to 12 folks comfortably. The deck was our favorite spot. It was easy to access the dock for swimming and we took advantage of that every day. A few complaints about uncomfortable beds specifically the single queen (?) bed upstairs. I do think more than one fan should be included since the house was not air conditioned with exception of the bedrooms. Overall everyone enjoyed the house and the location on the lake as well as close proximity to Ticonderoga. Would definetly rent again.
