Summary: The week before I requested the pool not have issues as a previous person indicated a problem. We were unable to use the pool the first 24 hours as it was not clean and had cigarette butts in it. Cleaner did not show up until the following day. Grill was low on propane and we had to change plans until propane was delivered on day two. Golf cart was presented in the ad as part of the rental but cost extra! This caught us off guard and created additional expenses on vacation. We would have chosen another rental if we had known it was additional cost. The house was clean and comfortable. All contact with employees was friendly.
