Summary: Unfortunately, our experience started on a very disappointing note. Due to significant travel delays, we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the member of staff at reception initially told us the hotel was fully booked, which was extremely worrying after a long journey with our family. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful or understanding of the situation. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but the poor welcome left us feeling stressed and upset, and unfortunately it affected our impression of the hotel for the rest of our holiday. It's a shame, as first impressions really do matter, and a little more professionalism and empathy from the reception staff would have made a huge difference.
