Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Overall, a nice place to stay, if a little dated. The kitchen is well-equipped, the regular beds are comfortable, and there's WiFi. Clean and well-kept. There's no AC, but it stayed cool enough in early June. The location is OK, about 10-15 minutes north of Durango.

Negative: DO NOT rent this property through Booking. The original posting is listed on Vacasa, and Booking hosts the Vacasa listing. We needed to change dates after the cancellation window, and I could see there was availability. However, when I called Booking, they told me to call Vacasa, and Vacasa told me to call Booking. I managed to escape the customer service doom loop through the Booking messaging service, but I don't know why that worked and calling did not. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to Vacasa. Also, the pull out sofa bed sucks. It's really bad.
